This Is Not a Normal Conference

This isn't an event where you sit back and watch.

This is a facilitated collaboration experience. People are not merely audience members — they are part of what makes the Summit valuable.

  • You will learn.
  • You will talk.
  • You will listen.
  • You will contribute.
  • You will receive contribution.
  • You will meet people outside your usual circles.
  • You will practice trusting your own instincts.
  • You will discover perspectives, people and possibilities you could not have planned in advance.
What Is This?

A facilitated global collaboration experience.

The Creative Collaboration Summit™ brings together extraordinary people to create, connect, contribute, and collaborate. Guests don't sit passively through presentations — they participate in powerful conversations, practical learning, and structured collaboration designed to help dreams, goals, and projects find their missing pieces.

Is This For Me?

If something matters to you, this is for you.

It is intentionally inclusive — for people working on businesses, nonprofits, community initiatives, creative projects, family dreams, personal goals, books, inventions, movements, and things that don't even have a category yet.

It is for people working on

And for

EntrepreneursExecutivesCreatorsInvestorsPhilanthropistsNonprofit leadersCommunity buildersProject enthusiastsInnovatorsPeople pursuing extraordinary personal dreamsPeople who want to contribute to meaningful things

You don't need an impressive title. You don't need a polished business plan. You don't need to know exactly what you need.

You need something you care about moving forward — or a desire to contribute to something that matters.

Who Might Be in the Room?

Your missing piece might be a conversation away.

Imagine the room: extraordinary people from every field and walk of life, each arriving with something they need — and something they can give. (We sell possibility, not guarantees.)

An entrepreneur building something ambitious.

A philanthropist searching for meaningful ways to contribute.

An investor curious about what people are creating.

A nonprofit leader solving a problem that matters.

A creator with exactly the skill someone needs.

An executive with years of experience in a challenge another person is facing.

A project enthusiast looking for something meaningful to join.

Someone with a relationship, resource, idea or perspective another attendee never thought to ask for.

Someone without an impressive title who happens to know exactly the person someone else needs to meet.

And What Might They Discover in You?

Everyone arrives with both something they need and something they can contribute.

In the Collaboration Rounds™, the people at your table have 90 seconds to contribute as much value as they can to you. You might receive:

An idea.A connection.A resource.Relevant experience.A possible solution.A question worth exploring.Someone they should meet.A perspective they hadn't considered.Encouragement at exactly the right moment.

We don't imply guaranteed investor access, funding, deals, introductions, or specific outcomes. We create the conditions where those things become possible.

The Signature Experience

The Collaboration Rounds™

One of the Summit's most memorable features. A two-part speed-contribution format that practices generous listening and generous contribution — at in-person round tables and in online breakout rooms alike.

90 seconds to share. 90 seconds to contribute. Unlimited possibility.

Fun, fast & focused networking & collaboration.

Eight participants in generous conversation around a round table
01

90 Seconds to Share

One participant answers as many of the provided prompts as they can within 90 seconds. No perfect pitch. No rehearsed performance. No need to have everything figured out. Speak. Trust yourself. Let people hear what is actually there.

02

90 Seconds of Speed Contribution

Everyone else at the table or in the breakout room now has 90 seconds to contribute as much value as they can to that person: an idea, an insight, a connection, a resource, relevant experience, a possible solution, a question, someone to meet, a potential next step — or a completely unexpected perspective. Then the next person goes.

Generous listening. Generous contribution.

Participants learn to listen without immediately judging, fixing, or preparing their own answer — and to contribute generously to others. In person: round tables of approximately eight people, with rotations so you meet more people. Online: facilitated breakout rooms using the same two-part format.

A Summit workbook helps you capture ideas, names, connections, resources, insights, commitments, follow-ups — and the missing pieces you discover. The exact questions and workbook content are supplied separately.

Why I Created This

I've spent much of my life seeing things in people they don't always see in themselves — their talents, possibilities, connections and value.

I've also seen what can happen when the right people, ideas and opportunities collide.

I didn't create the Creative Collaboration Summit™ so you could spend three days being talked at.

I want you talking. Listening. Contributing. Trusting yourself. Meeting people outside your usual circles. And discovering possibilities none of us could have planned in advance.

Bring something you care about. And come prepared to care about what other people are creating too.

— Amy K. Thomson

Look What Became Possible

When extraordinary people come together.

The Summit has existed before. This space is built for real photographs, real voices, and real stories — replaceable as Amy supplies them. Nothing here is invented.

Collaboration StoriesSample stories — replace with real outcomes

They arrived with

[Placeholder] A community initiative that had stalled — passion, but no clear next step and no network to draw on.

They discovered

[Placeholder] A collaborator at her table who'd built exactly the kind of program she was trying to create, and a funder curious about the space.

What happened next

[Placeholder] A follow-up conversation that turned into a working relationship. Real outcome to be inserted.

They arrived with

[Placeholder] A book idea and a deep reluctance to talk about it publicly. No pitch, no plan — just a story that mattered.

They discovered

[Placeholder] That three people at her table had been waiting for exactly that story — and one had the publishing connection she'd never thought to ask for.

What happened next

[Placeholder] A first real conversation about getting it into the world. Real outcome to be inserted.

They arrived with

[Placeholder] An early-stage invention and a need for both technical help and someone who could see the commercial path.

They discovered

[Placeholder] An engineer who'd solved a similar problem and an investor who asked one question that reframed the whole opportunity.

What happened next

[Placeholder] A commitment to keep talking after the Summit. Real outcome to be inserted.

After the core programming

The VIP hour & the VVIP experience

Each day continues with one additional VIP hour, then the VVIP experience with Amy and designated key team members — planned for approximately 30 minutes each day, with reasonable flexibility.

A note on the training

Communication that moves things forward.

People with dreams, projects, causes and businesses need to communicate what they're creating, ask for support, and have confident conversations. The daily training helps with exactly that. Amy may invite participants to continue developing these abilities through the Sales Confidence Machine — a relevant, proportionate invitation. The Summit itself is not a three-day pitch.

The Invitation

Come with a dream. Leave with momentum.

You don't need a polished business plan. You don't need to know exactly what you need. You don't need to be a successful entrepreneur. Bring something you care about moving forward — and bring a willingness to contribute to someone else's.

Which Ticket Is Right for Me?

I Want to Be There

The missing piece might be you.

Three days of extraordinary people, meaningful conversations, generous contribution, and new possibilities.
